Fulfillment Policy

Refund policy — If you need a refund for some reason reach out to me at [email protected]. As many of my devices are MaxForLive I can't really revoke licenses. So generally I wouldn't offer refunds (as there is no way for me to enforce you not continuing to use the product after refunding!). Here are some conditions where a refund could be received: A mistake in purchasing or understanding the product, wildly different expectations of the product, the product does not function as advertised or does not work on your computer correctly, you just found out that you have two weeks left to live and just need a little extra cash to get to that place you've always wanted to see before you die but sadly you spent your extra cash the other day on one of my devices.

Delivery policy — I don't offer physical goods so there is no delivery applicable.

Cancellation policy — I only distribute digital audio software with a single one time purchase so cancellation is not applicable.
